Motion Graphics Artist for Tech Product Explainer Video

Dec 18, 2025 - Senior

$1,100.00 Fixed

We are a cybersecurity firm launching a new B2B threat detection platform. We have a finalized script and a voiceover track ready, but we need a talented Motion Graphics Artist to bring our story to life. The goal is to create a sleek, high-energy 60-second explainer video that simplifies complex technical concepts into engaging visual metaphors.

You will be responsible for the entire visual production process, from storyboarding to final render. The aesthetic should be modern, "tech-forward," and clean—think glowing data streams, isometric server racks, and smooth kinetic typography. We want to avoid generic stick-figure characters; we prefer abstract, geometric styles that align with a premium software brand.

You must be an expert in Adobe After Effects and comfortable using vector assets from Illustrator. Sound design skills (adding whooshes, clicks, and background music) are a huge plus. We need someone who can work quickly but maintains high attention to detail, ensuring that the animation syncs perfectly with the voiceover.

Key Responsibilities

Create a visual storyboard based on the provided script and brand guidelines.

Design custom vector assets and scenes in Adobe Illustrator.

Animate the scenes in After Effects using smooth transitions and kinetic typography.

Sync animation timing precisely with the provided voiceover audio.

Add sound effects (SFX) and a background music track to enhance the final polish.

Render the final output in 1080p and 4K formats optimized for web streaming.
