Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to support the development of educational materials
- Assist in the creation of educational courses, tutorials, and interactive learning materials
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement research-based projects
- Utilize online databases, libraries, and other resources to gather information
- Analyze and evaluate research findings to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Present research findings in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbally
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the discussion of research-based topics
- Assist in the development of research protocols and methodologies
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of research activities and findings
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging educational materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in education and research
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, research, or social sciences
- Proven research experience, preferably in an educational or academic setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with online research tools and databases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
