Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle data entry tasks, including updating client records, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in data entry, with experience using CRM software and other tools to manage customer relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Customer service certification, such as CSP or CSC, an asset.
