We’re hiring a skilled Social Media Manager to develop, create, and manage high-performing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
This role goes far beyond posting graphics — it requires strategic planning, trend analysis, content creation guidance, community engagement, analytics tracking, and campaign optimization.
You’ll be working across industries including e-commerce, tech, education, lifestyle, and SaaS brands, ensuring each brand’s voice, content style, and engagement approach aligns with its goals.
The ideal candidate understands algorithms, is updated on platform changes, communicates creatively, and can manage content calendars with consistency. You should be comfortable collaborating with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to execute cohesive content systems.
This is a monthly retainer role with long-term potential based on performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop monthly content calendars tailored to each platform
Coordinate with graphic designers & writers for high-quality content
Manage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create short-form content ideas (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, hooks)
Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice and goals
Conduct hashtag research and optimize posts for maximum reach
Manage community engagement — comments, replies, DMs
Monitor analytics using built-in tools and third-party platforms
Track KPIs: impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, conversions
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns with digital marketing teams
Optimize content based on trends, insights, and performance
Collaborate on campaigns, product launches, and special promotions
Conduct competitor audits and market trend analysis
Manage influencer partnerships and outreach
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports
Required Skills
3+ years of professional social media management experience
Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Strong copywriting and content planning ability
Knowledge of social media algorithms and growth strategies
Experience working with Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools (basic editing)
Ability to generate creative ideas for Reels & short videos
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
Competency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, GA4, Social Blade)
Experience running or supporting ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously
Understanding of marketing funnels and brand positioning
Good knowledge of trending formats, sound bites, and platform updates
High attention to detail and consistency
Portfolio of previous social campaigns or social pages managed

Budget Options
Hourly Rate: $25 – $65/hour
Monthly Retainer: $1,500 – $6,000/month (depending on volume + platforms)

Weeks 2–4: Execution of posts, engagement tracking, optimizations
