Senior Docker Kubernetes Specialist Needed for GitOps Rollout Sprint

About the role

Cascade Apps is extending its B2B platform with a multi‑tenant feature set. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to design, implement, and fine‑tune the container orchestration layer that will host isolated tenant workloads while keeping operational overhead low.

Key responsibilities

• Architect a scalable, secure multi‑tenant Kubernetes environment
• Containerize new services and migrate existing ones to Docker
• Implement Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for tenant isolation
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to align infrastructure with feature requirements

Must-have skills

• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant architecture patterns
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Helm, Terraform, or similar)
• Ability to troubleshoot networking, storage, and security issues in clusters

Nice to have

• Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) managed K8s services
• Knowledge of CI/CD platforms like GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
