About the role

CoreData Systems is building a next‑generation recommendation engine that leverages deep learning to personalize user experiences. We need a senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design, train, and deploy high‑performance models that integrate seamlessly with our existing data pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and fine‑tune machine learning models for recommendation and ranking tasks.
• Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure scalable model deployment.
• Monitor model performance and iterate based on real‑world feedback.
• Document model architecture, training procedures, and evaluation metrics.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

Must-have skills

• Strong expertise in Python for data science and model development.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, especially recommendation systems.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools for automated model serving.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scalable deployments.
