REST API Developer for REST Layer Refactor

About the role

We are expanding a multi-tenant B2B platform and need a focused REST API Developer to deliver new tenant isolation features. You will work closely with product owners and QA to ensure secure, scalable endpoints that serve multiple customers from a single codebase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement tenant‑aware RESTful services using NodeJS
• Integrate PostgreSQL schemas for data segregation
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee reliability
• Collaborate on API versioning strategy and documentation
• Optimize performance and monitor latency in production

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building REST APIs with NodeJS
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and multi‑tenant data models
• Familiarity with API security (OAuth2, JWT)

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes for containerized deployments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
