About the role

NovaForge Tech is launching an integration project that ties together billing, CRM, and internal APIs. We need a detail‑oriented QA Software Tester to ensure seamless data flow and robust error handling across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute manual test cases for end‑to‑end integration scenarios
• Develop Selenium scripts to automate regression cycles
• Validate API contracts, data mappings, and error responses
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and triage defects quickly
• Maintain clear test documentation and traceability matrices

Must-have skills

• Strong experience in functional testing of API integrations
• Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of billing and CRM data structures
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Nice to have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution
• Familiarity with performance testing tools
