Key Responsibilities

• Manage and create product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• Conduct thorough research to ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency
• Optimize product listings for search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Develop and implement effective catalog management processes to ensure data quality and integrity
• Analyze and troubleshoot product listing errors and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to product listings
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely product information
• Stay up-to-date with platform changes, updates, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve product listing quality and performance
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that product listings are aligned with product roadmaps and release schedules
• Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver training and support materials to internal stakeholders on product listing best practices and platform requirements
• Monitor and report on product listing performance, including metrics such as sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, product listing, or a related field
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
• Proficient in e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Shopify
• Experience with catalog management tools and software, such as Akeneo or Algopix
• Strong understanding of SEO and CRO principles, and experience with optimization techniques and tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong team player, with experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or communications
