Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software
• Remove blemishes, scratches, and other imperfections from images
• Improve the color, contrast, and overall appearance of photographs
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to ensure consistency and quality
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo retouching and image editing
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands and visual identities
• Create high-quality, print-ready files for various applications, including advertising, marketing, and editorial use
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in your work
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and concepts
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives
• Stay flexible and adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
• Continuously evaluate and improve your skills and workflows to ensure efficiency and quality

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in photo retouching and image editing, preferably in a creative agency or studio environment
• Excellent technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, including expert-level knowledge of layers, masks, and brushes
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate with designers, art directors, and clients
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in other image editing software, such as Lightroom and Illustrator, is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, photography, or a related field is preferred
• Certification in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, is a plus
