Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality logos that meet our clients' needs and expectations
• Research and understand our clients' brands, including their values, mission, and target audience
• Develop design concepts and present them to our creative director and clients
• Make revisions based on feedback and ensure that all designs are completed to the highest standard
• Collaborate with our design team to ensure consistency across all design projects
• Meet deadlines and deliver design projects on time
• Communicate effectively with our clients and design team through email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of our design strategy
• Ensure that all designs are optimized for various formats, including digital and print
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of your work
• Provide design support to our other teams as needed
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands and design needs
• Stay organized and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logo design or a related field
• Strong portfolio that showcases your logo design skills and experience
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and feedback from our creative director and clients
• Strong understanding of design principles and theories
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
