Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient cloud-based systems using cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and ensure security and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud-based applications.
  • Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain serverless computing applications using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Collaborate with our quality assurance team to develop and implement testing strategies and ensure the quality of our applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of our cloud-based systems, including architecture diagrams, deployment scripts, and operational guides.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for our applications and systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing, DevOps, and software development.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to ensure compliance with our company's security and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our vendors and partners to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our code quality and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud computing, or software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
  • Experience with serverless computing using AWS Lambda or Azure Functions.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong understanding of security and compliance principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
