Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content, including logos, graphics, and social media assets, that meet and exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and art directors to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brand identities and design preferences.
• Create design concepts and prototypes for client presentations and pitches.
• Work closely with our production team to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and to a high standard.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and software, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our design capabilities.
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new design concepts and ideas.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our design workflows, processes, and standards.
• Create and edit visual elements, such as icons, graphics, and images, using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Design and develop email marketing campaigns, including templates, banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with our social media team to create engaging and effective social media content, including graphics, videos, and animations.
• Participate in the development of our design style guide and ensure that all design projects adhere to our brand standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or design firm.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and art directors.
