About the role

Cascade Apps is revamping a legacy production platform that must stay online at all times. We need a focused Frontend React Developer to redesign the UI layer, improve performance, and ensure seamless user experience while preserving zero‑downtime operations.

Key responsibilities

• Refactor existing React codebase to modern standards and TypeScript.
• Implement responsive UI components using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs without service interruption.
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee stability during releases.
• Optimize bundle size and loading speed for production traffic.

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with TypeScript in large codebases.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with zero‑downtime deployment strategies.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Redux or similar state management.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend assets.
• Understanding of performance profiling tools.
