Freelance Interior Designer for Commercial Office Space Renovation

Project Overview: We are renovating our 5,000 sq ft commercial office space and require an experienced Interior Designer to create a modern, functional, and collaborative layout. Key Responsibilities: * Consult with stakeholders to understand functional and aesthetic requirements. * Develop multiple design concepts, including mood boards and material selections. * Produce detailed 2D floor plans (AutoCAD or Revit) and furniture layouts. * Create high-quality 3D renderings of key areas for visualization. * Provide a final specification list for all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). Required Skills & Experience: * 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential interior design. * Expert proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar). * A strong portfolio showcasing professional design projects, particularly office spaces. * Knowledge of building codes and accessibility standards is a plus.
