In this role, you will be responsible for filling out various forms, including customer information forms, order forms, and returns forms. You will also be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
- Fill out various forms, including customer information forms, order forms, and returns forms, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, orders, and returns.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve customer service and form filling processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Meet productivity and quality standards, including meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to forms, policies, and procedures, and adapt to new requirements as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team discussions to share ideas and best practices.
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or data entry role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately fill out forms and maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve customer service and form filling processes.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
- Certificate in customer service or a related field an asset.
