Key Responsibilities
- Fill out forms and enter data into our system with high levels of accuracy and speed
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure that all data is up-to-date and compliant with our quality standards
- Collaborate with our data management team to identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues
- Utilize a range of software applications, including Microsoft Office and our proprietary data management system
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our data entry operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including productivity and quality standards
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all client data, adhering to our strict data protection policies and procedures
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Able to maintain the confidentiality and security of all client data, adhering to our strict data protection policies and procedures
- Certification in data entry or a related field an asset, but not required
