Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, functionality, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices and industry standards.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in mobile app development, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, debugging and resolving problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the development of our technology stack, suggesting new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve our mobile app development capabilities.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that our mobile applications meet the needs and expectations of our clients.
• Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring consistency across our mobile applications.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, including training sessions, workshops, and webinars, to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of our mobile app development framework, ensuring it remains flexible, scalable, and maintainable.
• Develop and implement automated testing scripts, ensuring our mobile applications are thoroughly tested and validated.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with experience in using these technologies for mobile app development.
• Experience with Android and iOS platforms, including knowledge of their respective development environments and tools.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development principles, including design patterns, architecture, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment, with experience in using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
