Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Conduct financial research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including investors, lenders, and auditors.
• Identify areas for cost savings and develop strategic plans to optimize financial performance.
• Participate in special projects, including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, including accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, including financial analysis and financial planning.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including Excel, Financial Modeling, and Data Visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting principles, including GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
• Collaborative team player, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the company's financial systems and processes.
