Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality product listings that drive sales and customer engagement, optimizing listings for maximum visibility and conversion
• Conduct market research and analyze trends and competitor activity to inform product listing development
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive product content strategy
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop product listings that align with their objectives
• Utilize ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion
• Develop and maintain a broad portfolio of work that showcases your skills and creativity, including product descriptions, images, and videos
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize product listings for maximum conversion and ROI
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ecommerce and product content development
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share knowledge, ideas, and best practices

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in product content development, ecommerce, or a related field
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and engaging content
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform product listing development
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital marketing specialists
• Strong attention to detail and quality control, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and completeness in all aspects of your work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
