Key Responsibilities

• Accurately copy and paste data into our database management system, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with the data management team to identify and resolve data discrepancies, implement data quality control measures, and develop process improvements.
• Develop and maintain data management procedures and guidelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide support and training to junior team members on data management best practices and procedures.
• Participate in data quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management projects, including data migration, integration, and analytics.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making and process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data management trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across different systems and platforms.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in data management, data entry, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data management software and tools, including database management systems and data analytics platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments, with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze and resolve complex data-related issues.
• Familiarity with data quality control measures and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with data migration, integration, and analytics projects.
• Knowledge of data management best practices, including data governance, data security, and data compliance.
• Certification in data management or a related field, such as Certified Data Manager (CDM) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), is an asset.
