Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily available for our teams.
- Manage and maintain large datasets, including customer information, sales data, and operational records.
- Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and customer service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide training and support to new employees on data management processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required, providing data management and customer service support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and operational staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry and customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong data management and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems and data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
