Key Responsibilities

• Editing and producing high-quality video content for YouTube, including educational videos, vlogs, and entertaining series
• Collaborating with writers, producers, and other stakeholders to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards
• Working closely with the production team to ensure seamless communication and effective project management
• Utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, to edit and produce videos
• Creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal of our videos
• Color correcting and color grading footage to achieve a consistent look and feel
• Adding music, sound effects, and voiceovers to videos to create an engaging and immersive experience
• Ensuring that all videos meet our brand's quality and style standards
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and social media content
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in video editing and production
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior team members and contributing to the development of our video production process
• Maintaining organization and efficiency in project management, including file management and deadline adherence

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and post-production, with a focus on YouTube content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles, including pacing, timing, and narrative structure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with writers, producers, and other stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with color correction and color grading, as well as motion graphics and visual effects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback, with a willingness to learn and grow
