Key Responsibilities

• Editing video footage to create compelling and engaging stories
• Collaborating with producers, directors, and designers to develop and refine video concepts
• Working with clients to understand their vision and goals, and delivering high-quality video content that meets their needs
• Utilizing video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer, to edit and finalize video projects
• Developing and implementing visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance the visual and audio quality of video content
• Managing and organizing video footage, audio files, and other media assets
• Ensuring all video content is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing, and applying this knowledge to continuously improve our video productions
• Collaborating with our team of designers and animators to create cohesive and engaging visual styles
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior video editors and interns, and contributing to the development of our team's skills and expertise
• Participating in creative planning and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and effective video concepts
• Ensuring all video content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and live events
• Working closely with our production team to ensure seamless integration of video content into live events and other productions
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, products, and services, and applying this knowledge to create targeted and effective video content

Requirements

• Strong technical skills in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer
• Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, producers, directors, and other team members
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality video content that meets the needs of our clients
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and captivate our audience
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and communications principles, with the ability to create video content that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives
• Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design, with the ability to apply these skills to enhance the visual and audio quality of our video productions
