Key Responsibilities

• Retouch and enhance photographs using Adobe Photoshop and other relevant software.
• Work closely with photographers, art directors, and designers to ensure seamless integration of retouched images into clients' campaigns.
• Ensure all retouched images meet the highest standards of quality, technically and creatively.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visually stunning images that meet clients' requirements.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and software in photo retouching.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' brands, products, and services.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with the team, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure all work is archived and backed up, following our studio's data management protocols.
• Contribute to the development of our studio's style and visual identity.
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stay flexible, adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in photo retouching.
• Strong understanding of color correction, texture, and composition.
• Excellent technical skills, with experience in working with high-resolution images.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for color, texture, and composition.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with the team and clients.
• Experience in working with a range of file formats, including JPEG, TIFF, and PSD.
• Familiarity with other design software, such as Illustrator and InDesign, is desirable.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your photo retouching skills and experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
