Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update content across various platforms, utilizing data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely and accurate placement of content.
- Utilize content management systems to manage and update content.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure the accuracy and quality of content.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our content management operations and systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and productivity.
- Utilize data entry software and tools to manage and update content.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our content management systems and platforms.
- Provide training and support to junior team members, as required.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans and timelines.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company policies and procedures.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data entry and content management.
- Exceptional data entry skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with content management systems and data entry software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
- Certification in data entry or a related field, an asset.
