Key Responsibilities

• Review and edit content to ensure it meets our high standards of quality, accuracy, and engagement
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to our content creation team
• Work closely with our team to ensure that our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values
• Develop and implement processes to improve our content and ensure consistency across all channels
• Collaborate with our social media team to develop and implement social media strategies
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Develop and maintain relationships with our freelance writers and editors
• Ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and meets our SEO requirements
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, attending conferences and workshops as required
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to the development of new content ideas and strategies
• Maintain accurate records of content performance and analytics, providing regular reports to our management team
• Collaborate with our design team to develop visually appealing and engaging content
• Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content publication

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in content moderation or a related field
• Strong background in content creation, with a portfolio of published work
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
• Proficiency in content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
