Key Responsibilities
- Complete forms and documents accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Enter data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare and review documents for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed
- Communicate with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and provide support
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Participate in quality control activities to ensure high-quality results
- Meet productivity and quality standards, consistently achieving targets and goals
- Analyze and resolve problems, using sound judgment and decision-making skills

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent typing skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- High level of confidentiality and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information
