We’re a US-based digital marketing agency serving coaches, gyms, real estate agents, and local businesses. We build entire client systems inside GoHighLevel (funnels, websites, CRM, email/SMS sequences, calendars, pipelines, automations).
Need a true GHL power user who can set up sub-accounts from scratch, migrate clients from ClickFunnels/Kajabi, build complex workflows, custom dashboards, Zapier/Make integrations, and fix anything that breaks. Perfect if you live in GoHighLevel all day, love no-code + light custom code, and want one of the most in-demand (and best-paid) remote roles in 2025.
Responsibilities
Set up new client sub-accounts (branding, users, snapshots)
Build funnels & websites (drag-and-drop + custom CSS/JS when needed)
Create multi-step automations (workflows, triggers, SMS/email sequences)
Set up calendars, forms, surveys, pipelines, opportunities
Migrate clients from other platforms (ClickFunnels, Kartra, ActiveCampaign)
Integrate with Facebook, Google, Twilio, Stripe, etc.
Build custom dashboards & reports
Troubleshoot & fix client issues fast
Occasionally write custom JavaScript or webhook solutions
Required Skills
Expert in GoHighLevel (sub-accounts, workflows, snapshots, LC tools)
Strong no-code automation logic
Basic HTML/CSS/JS for custom sections
Zapier or Make.com experience
Excellent English (client communication sometimes required)
Nice to Have
Located in Philippines, Pakistan, India, LATAM, or Eastern Europe
GHL certification or 2+ years agency experience
Experience with HighLevel SaaS mode / white-label
Custom code (webhooks, API, JS triggers)
Worked with gyms, coaches, or real estate clients
N8N or custom backend knowledge
Typical Weekly/Monthly Tasks
25–40 hours per week
New client setups/migrations: 15–25 hrs

Working Schedule
Flexible — need ~4 hrs overlap with US Eastern or Central time for occasional client calls.
Payment Structure
Standard Tier – $1,800/month (25 hrs/week, setups + basic automations)
Senior Tier – $2,600/month (32 hrs/week, includes migrations + custom code)
Lead Tier – $3,500/month (40 hrs/week, full client ownership + training juniors)
Paid bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal.
