I'm a solo entrepreneur running an online coaching business and need a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks. This is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and looking for consistent part-time work with flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
Manage email inbox and respond to routine inquiries (30-40 emails/week)
Schedule client appointments and send calendar reminders
Data entry into CRM system (updating client records)
Prepare and send invoices using accounting software
Follow up with clients for payment reminders (polite nudges)
Organize files in Google Drive and Dropbox
Basic social media scheduling (2-3 posts per week)
Research and compile information as needed
Create simple documents and presentations
Handle basic customer service inquiries
Required Skills:
Excellent written English (grammar and spelling)
Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Good organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable internet connection
Available 10-15 hours per week
