About the role

CoreData Systems is launching a new data processing platform and needs a focused Java Developer to deliver core backend services. This project‑based role offers the chance to design, implement, and optimize micro‑service components that will power critical business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Java microservices using Spring Boot
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems
• Write clean, testable code and maintain unit/integration tests
• Collaborate with product owners and QA to ensure requirements are met
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions

Must-have skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (8+)
• Experience with Spring Boot and building microservices
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Docker or container orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of relational databases and JPA/Hibernate
