About the role

Northbay Systems is building a next‑generation release automation platform called "Velocity Hub". As a Flutter Mobile Developer you will contribute to a focused CI/CD and platform automation sprint that accelerates our app delivery pipeline. The work will directly impact how quickly new features reach end‑users across iOS and Android.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a Flutter UI for the Velocity Hub dashboard that visualizes build status and deployment metrics.
• Integrate Fastlane and Codemagic pipelines with the mobile codebase to enable one‑click builds.
• Write custom GitHub Actions in Dart to trigger automated tests and code quality checks.
• Configure Firebase App Distribution for staged rollouts and collect real‑time crash analytics.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to containerize the Flutter build environment using Docker.
• Document the end‑to‑end release workflow and create a runbook for future sprint teams.

Must-have skills

• Strong experience building production‑grade Flutter apps (2+ years).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Codemagic, or GitHub Actions.
• Solid understanding of Android and iOS build processes and app signing.
• Familiarity with Docker, Firebase services, and version control (Git).
• Ability to write clean, testable Dart code and unit tests.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin or Swift for native module bridging.
• Knowledge of automated UI testing frameworks like integration_test.
