We're looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who understands modern branding, digital design trends, and the strategic role visuals play in scaling an online business. This role isn't just about designing “pretty pictures” — it’s about crafting visuals that communicate clearly, match brand tone, and convert viewers into customers.


We work with multiple brands (e-commerce, SaaS, lifestyle, and education), so flexibility and understanding different visual languages is crucial. You should be equally comfortable designing polished website banners, elegant social media posts, high-converting ad creatives, and clean brand identity assets.

The contract starts as a 1–3 month retainer, with the potential to extend into a long-term role if we're aligned creatively and operationally. Workload varies weekly — some weeks may be heavy with social content; others might focus on branding or campaign launches. Your creativity, reliability, and ability to deliver on time will be key factors.

✅ Key Responsibilities


Design brand assets: logos, color palettes, typography guidelines


Produce social media content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, ads


Create product banners, hero images, and landing page graphics


Build campaign-specific creatives for promotions & launches


Produce print-ready designs (flyers, business cards, brochures)


Develop simple motion graphics (preferred, not mandatory)


Collaborate with content/marketing teams on creative direction


Create clean, editable design files for internal teams


Follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity


Prepare variations for A/B testing (ad creatives, thumbnails)


Retouch product photos as needed


Maintain and update design assets library


Adapt designs for different screen sizes and ratios


Ensure all deliverables meet technical specs (dpi, bleed, safe zones)


Provide revisions based on feedback in a timely manner


✅ Required Skills


Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator


Experience with Canva for quick-turnaround content


Understanding of modern design trends


Strong attention to layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy


Ability to create clean, conversion-oriented ad creatives


Understanding of color psychology


Typography mastery


Photo editing & retouching


Experience designing for social media + web


Knowledge of branding principles


Ability to follow (or create) brand guidelines


Basic motion graphics (After Effects or Canva animations)


Familiarity with print production standards


Reliable communication & deadline management


Portfolio with at least 10 strong design samples
