We are searching for an experienced UI/UX Designer to completely revamp the look, feel, and usability of our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define user personas, map user journeys, design intuitive interfaces, and ensure seamless interaction across platforms.
Project Overview:
Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and style guides for our enterprise app suite. Focus on enhancing modern design aesthetics, accessibility, performance and conversion rates. Your work should align with both business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and usability analysis
Define user personas, journeys, and scenarios
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma/Adobe XD
Design visually appealing and functional UI components
Ensure responsive design for web and mobile platforms
Perform usability and A/B testing, analyze feedback, iterate designs
Collaborate with development for smooth design-to-code handoff
Develop and maintain style guides and asset libraries
Optimize design for accessibility standards (WCAG compliance)
Required Skills:
3+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps
Mastery of Figma and Adobe XD (Sketch or similar optional)
Understanding of HTML, CSS, design systems, atomic design principles
Experience with user research, persona development, usability testing
Strong communication, presentation and feedback handling
Ability to balance aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibility
