Part-Time Graphic Designer for Canva Templates & Social Media (Wellness/Educational Niche)

Nov 18, 2025 - MidLevel

$650.00 Fixed

Hi! I’m a solopreneur who sells digital products (Notion templates, productivity planners, wellness workbooks) on Etsy and my own site, plus I create a lot of free lead magnets and social media content for my audience of ambitious women.

I need a reliable Canva wizard to create beautiful, on-brand graphics, easy-to-edit templates – no Photoshop or Illustrator required. Everything is done in Canva Pro. Perfect role if you have a great eye for design, love pastel/modern aesthetics, and want recurring monthly work with clear briefs and fast feedback.

Responsibilities

Design 10–15 Pinterest pins per month

Create 8–12 Instagram static posts + carousels from my text/content

Build 20–30 page digital planners/workbooks (from my outlines)

Make simple infographics and quote graphics

Create Etsy listing mockups and product images

Design lead magnet PDFs (checklists, cheat sheets)

Update older templates with new branding/colors

Occasionally make simple animated GIFs or Canva video intros

Organize files in shared Canva folders

Strong Canva skills (knows how to use brand kits, elements, animations)

Good taste in modern, clean, feminine design

Attention to detail and consistency

Can follow brand guidelines precisely

Reliable internet and ability to meet deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience creating digital products for Etsy

Familiarity with Pinterest trends

Located in Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, or LATAM (any timezone works)

Basic animation skills in Canva

Understanding of mockups (Placeit or Smartmockups)

Interest in productivity/wellness niche

$50–$100 bonuses when we hit revenue milestones

Portfolio rights – you can showcase everything you make

Rate increases every 4–6 months for great work

Working Schedule

100% flexible deadlines – just deliver by the agreed date (usually end of week). Fully async, no meetings unless you want them.

Payment Structure

Basic Tier – $450/month (12 hrs/week, mostly social graphics)

Standard Tier – $550/month (14 hrs/week, includes Pinterest + carousels)

Premium Tier – $650/month (16 hrs/week, includes full workbooks/planners)

Paid on the 1st of every month via Wise or PayPal.

Tools You’ll Use

Canva (main tool), Google Drive, Slack/Notion for briefs, Placeit (optional)

Training Provided

Yes – full brand kit walkthrough, 20+ example templates, video loom library, and I review every design with clear feedback until you’re flying solo.

Realistic Expectations

You don’t need to be a “real” graphic designer with a degree. If you’re great at Canva, have good taste, and follow instructions, you’ll do amazing. I’d rather have consistent solid work than occasional perfection.

Growth Opportunities

My last designer for the last 2 years now earns $1,200/month and runs my entire design system. There’s real room to grow into product creation, brand management, or even revenue share on new launches.

Ideal Candidate

Amazing eye for design and spacing

Super responsive and proactive about questions

Loves creating pretty, useful things

Wants long-term stable income

Treats deadlines seriously
