We’re hiring a creative and analytical UI/UX Designer to design seamless digital experiences that connect users and products beautifully.
You’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually engaging, and conversion-optimized designs for both web and mobile applications. Our projects range from SaaS dashboards and e-commerce platforms to mobile-first customer apps.
This isn’t just about aesthetics — we need someone who can balance creativity with usability, design data-driven flows, and think about the user journey from end to end.
You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate concepts into high-fidelity designs that are consistent, accessible, and easy to implement.
This is a 2–3 month project, with potential for an ongoing retainer if we align on vision and design quality.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct UX research and competitor analysis for better design decisions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Design clean, scalable UI systems for web and mobile platforms.
Work in Figma / Adobe XD to build reusable design components.
Create responsive layouts for multiple screen sizes and resolutions.
Ensure all designs follow accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards.
Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation.
Prepare detailed handoff documentation with specs and assets.
Run A/B tests and collect feedback to improve UX performance.
Establish and maintain design system guidelines for consistency.
Design brand-aligned visuals, icons, and micro-interactions.
Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews with the product team.
Prepare presentations to communicate design logic and flow.
Work with QA teams to ensure design accuracy post-development.
Provide post-launch support for UI/UX refinements and updates.
Required Skills
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience designing for Material Design 3 and iOS Human Interface Guidelines.
Strong grasp of color theory, typography, and spacing hierarchy.
Ability to build and maintain design systems.
Knowledge of responsive design and auto-layout principles.
Familiarity with prototyping tools and interaction animations.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration.
Attention to detail and pixel-perfect design standards.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with user testing and feedback-driven iteration.
Portfolio with at least 10 professional samples.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with empathy for users.
