Responsibilities

Research prospects & write hyper-personalized connection requests (first line + note)

Write 4–7 message follow-up sequences

Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts (Sales Navigator + regular)

Daily profile warm-up (likes, comments, posts from template)

Send 80–120 connection requests/day per account (manual or safe tools)

Track replies, label, and hand off hot leads

A/B test messaging & report weekly metrics

Build small target lists in Sales Navigator

Occasionally post content for client profiles

Required Skills

Excellent LinkedIn messaging (sounds human, not robotic)

LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience

Google Sheets for tracking
