We're seeking a qualified and enthusiastic English Teaching Specialist to provide engaging online English language instruction to students of all levels through interactive lessons, personalized feedback, and effective teaching methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one-on-one or group English lessons online
Create customized lesson plans based on student needs
Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation
Prepare students for English proficiency exams (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge)
Provide homework assignments and practice materials
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Adapt teaching style to different learning levels and ages
Use interactive teaching tools and multimedia resources
Maintain student engagement and motivation
Track attendance and progress records
Communicate with parents/guardians (for younger students)
Stay current with ESL teaching methodologies
Provide cultural context and real-world language usage
Correct pronunciation and speaking errors
Required Skills:
Native or near-native English speaker
Bachelor's degree (any field)
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification
2+ years of English teaching experience
Experience with online teaching platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
