Vue.js Frontend Developer – Accessibility Polish

About the role

NexGen Media is launching a security hardening initiative for its cloud‑hosted applications. We need a Vue.js Frontend Developer to reinforce client‑side defenses, implement secure UI patterns, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing Vue components for XSS, CSRF, and injection risks
• Refactor authentication flows using OAuth2 and JWT best practices
• Integrate Content Security Policy and secure headers into the frontend stack
• Collaborate with backend engineers to align API security contracts
• Write unit and integration tests covering security edge cases

Must-have skills

• Strong experience with Vue.js (2.x/3.x) and Vuex
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Understanding of web security fundamentals (CSP, CORS, XSS mitigation)
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable code and documentation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security testing tools like OWASP ZAP
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend assets
