We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can take charge of daily operations, handle administrative workflows, support customers, and assist in managing business tasks across multiple online projects.


This role involves a combination of admin support, customer service, data entry, research, scheduling, email handling, and documentation. You will be supporting managers, clients, and teams by keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.


We work with e-commerce, SAAS, digital marketing, and service-based businesses — so flexibility and quick learning are crucial. You must be comfortable switching between tasks, communicating professionally, and managing deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities


Manage emails, messages, support tickets, and client communication


Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events


Perform data entry, file management, and document organization


Conduct online research and compile information into reports


Coordinate with teams using tools like Slack, Trello, ClickUp


Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and client documents


Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity


Update website content or product listings when needed


Assist with order tracking, follow-ups, and customer satisfaction


Create weekly progress reports and summaries


Maintain CRM systems with accurate data updates


Help manage social media content posting or scheduling


Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for the team


Process invoices, receipts, or basic bookkeeping tasks


Provide administrative support for daily business activities


Required Skills


2 or more years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Executive


Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)


Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)


Familiarity with task management tools (Trello, Asana, Notion, ClickUp)


Ability to manage emails and calendars efficiently


Strong research and documentation skills


Fast typing speed and accuracy
