About the role

We are boosting our test automation framework to cut regression risk before launch. The MongoDB Specialist will design data‑driven test suites, ensure reliable test data provisioning, and integrate MongoDB checks into CI pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement MongoDB‑backed test data generators for automated regression suites
• Develop scripts to validate data integrity after each build
• Collaborate with QA engineers to embed MongoDB health checks into existing test flows
• Optimize query performance for large‑scale test datasets
• Document data schemas and test data lifecycle procedures

Must-have skills

• Deep experience with MongoDB schema design and aggregation pipelines
• Proficiency in JavaScript‑based test frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD integration for test automation
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and documentation

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Docker containers for test environments
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter
