About the role

BlueSky Ventures is building next‑generation AI products that transform user experiences. We need a Senior Generative AI Specialist to design, fine‑tune, and deploy large language models for a flagship conversational platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM pipelines for text generation and summarization.
• Integrate model APIs with existing backend services.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve output quality.
• Collaborate with data engineers to curate high‑quality training data.
• Monitor model performance and iterate based on user feedback.
• Document architecture and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Must-have skills

• Extensive experience with transformer models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
• Proficiency in Python for model development and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of REST API design and integration.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM fine‑tuning.
• Solid understanding of NLP evaluation metrics.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript for front‑end integration.
• Experience with cloud ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
