About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement advanced predictive models for a high‑impact data product. You will work closely with data scientists and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable machine‑learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, train, and fine‑tune custom ML models using Python frameworks.
• Integrate models into existing APIs and ensure low‑latency inference.
• Perform feature engineering on large, heterogeneous datasets.
• Conduct rigorous model validation, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
• Document pipelines and create reusable code modules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align model outputs with product goals.

Must-have skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine‑learning model development.
• Proficiency with Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and evaluation metrics.
• Experience deploying models via RESTful APIs.
• Ability to write clean, production‑ready code and maintain version control.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
• Experience with MLOps tools for automated CI/CD pipelines.
