About the role

We are seeking a Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of a predictive analytics platform that will enhance product recommendation accuracy. The project focuses on building end‑to‑end pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, within a tight three‑month timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable machine‑learning models for recommendation systems.
• Develop data preprocessing and feature engineering workflows.
• Integrate models into existing services via REST APIs.
• Optimize model performance and conduct rigorous validation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines.
• Document architecture, code, and deployment procedures.

Must-have skills

• Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
• Experience building and deploying models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and evaluation metrics.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and RESTful services.
• Proven track record of delivering complex ML projects on schedule.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or MLflow.
• Exposure to large‑scale recommendation systems in e‑commerce.
