Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of software products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to identify and resolve defects
• Identify and report defects, and collaborate with development team to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data
• Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with development team to develop automated tests using Selenium and other automation tools
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software design and development
• Develop and maintain documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results
• Collaborate with quality assurance team to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
• Participate in testing and validation of software products, including functional, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with development team to develop and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in software testing and quality assurance, including knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and agile development methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior team members, including knowledge sharing and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, including experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong background in software testing, including knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and testing methodologies
• Experience with Selenium and other automation tools, including experience with test automation frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze complex software systems and identify defects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong technical expertise in software testing and quality assurance, including knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and agile development methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based software platforms, including experience with cloud-based testing and deployment
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and procedures, including experience with agile development methodologies
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including experience with automation tools and testing frameworks
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures, including experience with quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks
• Experience with training and mentoring of junior team members, including knowledge sharing and best practices
