Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identify market trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to the marketing team
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track and analyze market research data
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market research trends and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve research and analysis techniques
  • Develop and present reports and presentations to communicate research findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external research partners and vendors
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting, and ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure that research findings and insights are integrated into business decisions and strategies
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure the quality and accuracy of market research data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Research, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in market research and analysis, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large data sets
  • Strong understanding of market research principles and methodologies, including survey design, data analysis, and statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in market research software and tools, including SPSS, SAS, and Qualtrics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex research findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of quality and precision in research and analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
