Docker Kubernetes Specialist – Multi-Region DevOps Automation

About the role

LumenWorks is expanding its B2B platform with a new multi‑tenant capability. We need a Docker Kubernetes Specialist to own container orchestration, ensure isolation between tenants, and streamline deployments for rapid feature rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Helm charts for tenant‑specific services
• Configure Kubernetes namespaces, network policies, and RBAC to enforce tenant isolation
• Automate CI/CD pipelines that build, test, and deploy Docker images per tenant
• Monitor cluster health, set up alerts, and optimize resource usage across workloads
• Collaborate with product owners to translate feature specs into scalable infrastructure

Must-have skills

• Proven experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
• Strong grasp of DevOps best practices, CI/CD tooling, and infrastructure as code
• Ability to troubleshoot multi‑tenant environments and ensure security compliance

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Helm, Argo CD, or Flux
• Experience in B2B SaaS platforms and multi‑tenant architecture
• Knowledge of cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managed Kubernetes services
