Key Responsibilities

• Editing video footage to create high-quality, engaging videos for our clients
• Working with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project
• Assembling and editing footage, audio, and graphics to create a cohesive and compelling narrative
• Ensuring all videos are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video editing and post-production
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm ideas and develop new concepts
• Providing feedback and guidance to junior editors and assistants
• Participating in meetings and discussions to plan and coordinate projects
• Ensuring all videos are optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and television
• Maintaining a high level of technical proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in a post-production environment
• Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to focus on complex tasks for extended periods
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions
• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software, including After Effects and Blender
• Strong understanding of color correction and grading principles
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong passion for video editing and storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and a desire to continuously improve and develop skills
