About the role

BrightMart Solutions is expanding its data pipeline and analytics enablement for operations teams. We need a Cybersecurity Analyst to embed security controls, monitor threats, and ensure compliance across the evolving data flow architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement security monitoring for real‑time data pipelines.
• Conduct risk assessments on ingest, transformation, and storage layers.
• Develop automated detection rules and response playbooks using Python.
• Collaborate with data engineers to harden Linux‑based processing nodes.
• Produce concise security reports for operations leadership.

Must-have skills

• Strong understanding of data pipeline security patterns.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for security automation.
• Hands‑on experience securing Linux environments.
• Familiarity with cloud‑native logging and SIEM integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with container security tooling.
• Knowledge of GDPR or CCPA compliance for data analytics.
• Previous work in operations‑focused security monitoring.
