Key Responsibilities
- Convert complex PDF documents into editable Word formats, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, writers, and project managers, to ensure seamless document exchange and management.
- Use Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and other document conversion applications to convert, edit, and format documents.
- Meet project deadlines, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of document conversion software, tools, and applications, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Contribute to the development of new document conversion services, processes, and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Participate in quality control activities, reviewing and editing documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing, well-formatted documents, meeting the aesthetic and branding standards of our clients.
- Work with the project management team to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Maintain accurate records, tracking project progress, and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring confidentiality, security, and data integrity.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, enhancing skills, knowledge, and expertise in document conversion, data entry, and customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in document conversion, data entry, or a related field, with a strong background in PDF to Word conversion.
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and other document conversion applications, with expertise in formatting, editing, and layout.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy, quality, and consistency in all work products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines, with a strong sense of organization and time management.
- Technical skills in data entry, document conversion, and customer service, with the ability to learn new software, tools, and applications quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred, such as business administration, communications, or computer science.
- Certification in document conversion, data entry, or a related field, with a proven track record of professional development and continuous learning.
